We begin our consulting process thru one-on-one discussions to "ascertain and prioritize your relevant needs". Then I assist you in defining focused and targeted goals by determining where are you now?
Phase II
Where do you want to be?
In the transitional phase we are responding to your situation by determining "where do you want to be. "We promote discovery and bridge the gap together. As a team we discover any imbalances or deficiencies; as well as any changes that can be made in your dietary and nutritional habits, and determine a course of action to balance our findings. Together we divide large situations into "bite size" chunks.
Recap, Achievement and Future Goals
We will review what you have learned, applied, and incorporated so as to focus on future goals for your personal progress for your next appointment if required. During this time, we will establish what actions you are committed to doing and whether a follow-up visit is necessary. A specific time will be scheduled for this visit.
This appointment will determine your "Sustainment for success…”
